Sarah is a programmer & artist working across intermedia art and research-creation. Born and raised in and around Damascus, Syria and now based in Tiohtià:ke/Montréal, her work is shaped by departure from the region – an interruption that continues to echo through questions of belonging, memory, and reconnection.
She currently works at the Société des arts technologiques (SAT)’s Innovation Laboratory, developing multimedia tools and interfaces while supporting artists in residency from prototype to presentation. She is actively seeking collaborations for making, showing, and teaching.
